Uhg.īetter communication about expectations on my side and ETA's would have absolutely made this a 5 star experience. If you have carpeting in your home you know how hard it can be to keep clean. Same thing happened today to pick the equipment up. What If I did this as a gift to my clients, and they were moving in the next day?! This information was provided to me last minute. And I didn't know I would need to be available the next day to let them come back and get their equipment?! No one told me it was a 24 hour thing. ![]() But, is it really that hard to put an ETA in? We all have things to be doing, and it would be better, more professional communication to give a timeframe when enroute. Fortunately they were arriving right about that time. I call the company to see if they have an ETA and she said no! So no one had read my text back. So I finish what I'm doing and get to the property about 10:25. "en route" ok, well, what is the ETA? that was all I wanted to know. I then get a text confirmation for 1-3! and then a second one from 1-3. So I Said, um ok, can they text me an ETA when they are enroute? I don't like at the property and don't want to wait there for 2 hours. Then I was told that it is in fact a window. So I called back and asked for them to call my number and to confirm 10-12 would work for me. Then on Wed, they call my work office to see if they could change the time to 10-12. She realized the other lady misspelled my email address. So on Tuesday, 2 days before the appointment, I called and asked for the invoice that was never sent. I asked if there was anything else I should know about it and she said nope! I never got the new invoice. I asked if that was a window and she said no be there at 12. She was nice, but it was a weird conversation. The lady I spoke to kept telling me she never works that day and seemed super flustered. We then closed on the property and I called back to schedule it the day after Easter. 2 days went by and no one responded (over business days) so I called back and spoke to a really nice person on April 8th. I listened to the super super super long VM and finally texted the number that was mentioned to text on the VM. First off I tried to contact them a couple weeks ago for a quote. Their tech guy and the owner who helped are both awesome! The company did a great job! I'll see how it smells through the coming weeks but so far so good.
